Sandra Alland is a Glasgow-based writer, filmmaker and interdisciplinary artist. They've published three books of poetry in Toronto, and a chapbook of short fiction in Edinburgh. Recent stories appear in The Deaf Poets Society, Gutter Magazine, and We Were Always Here: A Queer Words Anthology (404 Ink, Edinburgh). Film and story commissions include Disability Arts Online's Viewfinder Project, British Council's Discover Project, and Protest!: Stories of Resistance (Comma Press, Manchester). San co-edited the UK-based Stairs and Whispers: D/deaf and Disabled Poets Write Back (Nine Arches), and curates Scotland's disabled-led queer and trans arts project, Cachín Cachán Cachunga! www.blissfultimes.ca @san_alland.
