 nancy viva davis halifax is a queer, mad, crip poet and scholar, born on the North shore of New Brunswick on Mi’gma’gi terriory. she lives as an uninvited guest on stolen traditional lands & recognizes that as a white settler they are implicated in the settler colonial and Nation building project of Canada. she has published one collection of poetry (2015, McGill-Queen’s University Press, Hugh MacLennan Poetry Series) and is at work on the second.
