HA&L Biographical Sketch Jeff Tessier Jeff Tessier grew up in Pennsylvania and has lived in Hamilton, Ontario since 1990. After completing a graduate degree in Religious Studies at McMaster University, he built a career as a commercial photographer. He is a past member of Hamilton’s James North Studio; has taught photography at Mohawk College; and served as photography editor for H Magazine. Jeff is a member of the Professional Photographers of Canada. He and his wife Elizabeth have four children.
