Brooke Pratt
Brooke Pratt is a Communications Professor and Department Coordinator in the School of Interdisciplinary Studies at Conestoga College. Since joining Conestoga in 2014, she has taught courses across various diploma, degree, and post-graduate certificate programs. She holds a PhD (2010) in English Literature from Western University, where she specialized in Canadian literature. Her essay entitled “Preserving ‘the echoing rooms of yesterday’: Al Purdy’s A-Frame and the Place of Writers’ Houses in Canada” appears in Canadian Literature and Cultural Memory (2014), edited by Cynthia Sugars and Eleanor Ty.
