Lisa Banks is a doctoral candidate at McGill University, where she studies the late careers of modernist women writers such as H.D., Elizabeth Bishop, Elizabeth Brewster, and Kay Smith. From 2011 to 2014, she served as Research Assistant on H.D.’s Hirslanden Notebooks (ELS Editions, 2015), during which time she also held a seasonal position as the Managing Editor of the Atlantic Canadian Poets’ Archive. Her reviews have appeared or are forthcoming in Arc and Contemporary Verse 2, and she is the Assistant Poetry Editor of The Antigonish Review. Now enjoy:
